Tammy Hughes has 15 plus years managing safety, health and environment in construction and building maintenance in the oil and gas industry. Her goal is to grow a safety culture demonstrating a collective commitment to safety through consistency, communication, and respect. Hughes is dedicated to promoting and supporting a safe and healthful work environment by providing leadership, training, information, resources, and policy development to all employees and subcontractors.  

Graduated from Sterling High School and attended Lee College.  Earning a certificate in Process technology.  Additional education NCCER in safety, OSHA 10 both construction and general, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E Certificate and site-specific training.
