Senior Estimator
Joel is a Houston native and a graduate of the University of Houston’s Construction Management program. He began his career in university facilities, supporting contractor compliance and managing projects from bid to closeout.
As a Senior Estimator at Basic, Joel creates detailed proposals, performs takeoffs, reviews contract documents, and helps initiate projects with clarity and precision. He also supports project managers by developing pricing and scopes, even with limited information, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-construction to execution.
