With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry Jesus manages BEG as the General Manager, creating and implementing strategies for business growth. Jesus works hand in hand with the Director of Operations to ensure that each department in the organization is delivering quality work.

His main goal for each project is to make sure each employee returns home the same way they got to work and with his many safety recognitions and awards he is able to motivate everyone to share in this goal.
